About

I grew up in a small town in New Jersey, and after a life-threatening injury, I became amazed by the human body. From there I was lucky enough to get the opportunity to play baseball at the collegiate level, and graduated with a degree in Exercise Physiology from Lynchburg College in 2018.It was then when my coaching career began, and I have grown in the field quickly over the last few years. I graduated with a Masters of Science in Human Performance from Canisius College in 2020.
I am currently the Director of Strength & Conditioning at Ardrey Kell HS in Charlotte, North Carolina. I also currently serve as NC State Director for the NHSSCA.
I founded JAX Athletic Performance officially in 2022 to bring a high quality of coaching to the fingertips of athletes and coaches anywhere anytime.I coach thousands of athletes, and consult with coaches across the country to create higher performing, healthier athletes on a regular basis. There is no project too big or too small for us to get done together.I currently live outside of Charlotte with my wife, Emma, and our dog, Guinness.Read more about the stops across my career below:Experience:
